Still a family home, Lough Cutra Castle is one of the most beautiful Castles in Ireland. Situated at the end of a mile long driveway it overlooks our private 1000 acre lake and 500 acres of woodland.

The Castle is convenient to both Shannon International Airport (31 miles) and the wonderful City of Galway (15 miles). It is close to many facilities - the market town of Gort is only 5 minutes away, the sea and beaches, 2 golf courses, Coole Park, the famous Burren, Arran Islands, Cliffs of Moher, Aillwee Caves and Clarinbridge are all within easy reach.

We are strictly limited to ten weddings per year allowing our clientele to experience the true meaning of exclusivity.

Accommodation can be provided in self-catering cottages, and for smaller parties in the Castle itself. We offer exclusivity, privacy and of course the utmost discretion to all our guests.
