Joseph Vera is a professional makeup artist who has been working in the industry for 10 years.

Joseph, from Sydney Australia completed his training in Makeup Artistry and Special Effects in Sydney and worked in the industry in Australia for four years before moving to Ireland in 2002.

He has come to Ireland with a wealth of experience having worked in all aspects of the make up industry in Australia from high fashion, bridal makeup, photographic shoots to film and TV. Some of his most notable acclaims to his portfolio include working with Nicole Kidman on Moulin Rouge and being part of the 2000 Sydney Olympics Artistic team.

Joseph currently works in Dublin as a makeup artist and also teaches make up artistry.
His experience and versatility has been the key to his achievements here in Ireland to date, such as film and TV productions notably King Arthur, Adam and Paul and Rock Rivals. His work has also featured in magazines such as U Magazine and TV Now Magazine.

Joseph specializes in bridal makeup. He provides a professional yet relaxed service, taking into account your individual wants and needs, resulting in a flawless finish to your makeup on your special day.

His preferred choice of makeup is MAC as through experience he knows this product range is long lasting and works well with the camera, however all other brands are and can be used.

Part of his bridal service is to provide you with a list of products that you may need for touch-ups on your wedding day.

Pre Wedding makeup trial, door to door service provided, travels throughout Ireland. Tattoo and scar camouflage available.
One-on-one makeup lessons or group make up lessons also available for bridal parties getting married abroad.
